=>x+12=3(x-14)
=>x+12=3x-42
=>2x=54
=>x=27
Therefore U r 27 years old.

According to the question :-

● After 12 years age will be =) ( x + 12 )

=). ( x +12) = 3 × ( x - 14)


=) ( x +12) = 3x - 42

=) x - 3x = -42 -12

=) -2x = - 54 ( negative will be cancelled out)

=) x = 54/2

=) x = 27


Therefore, My present age will be 27 years.
