The answer could be - T-shirt and tea.

Since the question means to ask what is similar in between both the answers, it could be t-shirt and tea, as both the words have the word 'T' in common.

T-shirt or a Tee-shirt is a kind of a usually short-sleeved casual shirt that is worn by both girls and boys. The shirt got its name as a 'T-shirt' as the upper part of the body with the shoulders makes a 'T' shape.

Tea is a beverage made by crushing or boiling tea leaves, usually mixed with sugar and milk.
