after covering 3 /4 of my journey, i find that 15km is still left. how much distance is the total journey? answer is 60 km bt how?

Let the total distance be x

You covered 3/4 of x

15 km is left

So, 3x/4 + 15 = 60

3x/4 = 45

x/4 = 15

x = 60
