Ello user !!!!!!

Here is your answer,

==============================================

Upon reaching the synergids, the pollen tube bursts and causes degeneration of one of the synergids.

Double fertilization happens after pollen tube discharge: one sperm cell fuses with the egg cell to form the embryo; the other fuses with the central cell to form the endosperm.

The antipodal cells of the female gametophyte sometimes acquire glandular properties, as may cells of the nucellus surrounding the embryo sac.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOUU :)
