After having less population than China then why in Bangladesh there is proverty problem only in Bangladesh but not China?

China is a country with good technology development.
The people there are advanced than that of people of Bangladesh.
The people with poverty use there brains and start some business

Even though China is a more populated country than Bangladesh,poverty line in China is very low as it is a communist country.

In a communist country,all the big properties and assets are in the hands of the govt.And communism give more preference to workers,labourers and poor people.

Therefore,each and every citizen of china can fulfill their daily needs.(in communism all the properties i.e,food,home,everything is rationed).

This situation doesn't workout so as china in Bangladesh...
