Dear Luisia,
I hope this letter finds you in soaring spirits and vibrant health. I am writing this letter to share with you a very interesting and bizarre episode of my life that almost threatened my married life. You won’t believe our house had been haunted! But don’t worry. There was nothing spooky in it! My husband and I came to know about it quite recently. Actually it all started with my obsession with Ouija Boards. Last Saturday I organized a Ouija Board Party at my home which my husband was dead against (later on I came to know the poor soul was trying to save me!). However, I went ahead with my party.
A strange thing happened. All the ghosts in all the Ouija Boards started giving suspicious messages about my husband and a Helen. My husband left the party in embarrassment. I got mad at him and did not talk to him. I thought he was hiding something from me. Even the next morning I did not talk to him. I decided to teach him a lesson. I packed my things up and before going to my grandmother, I decided to have a last word with him. As I reached his library, I heard him talking to a lady. I opened the door and barged into the room. John tried very hard to hide the lady, but it was vain. As I pushed him aside, I was in for an ugly sight. A ghost stood behind him. It was some Helen from Writers Inspiration Bureau who was on an assignment to help my husband write a ghost story.
I was so happy to find Helen to be so ugly; I thought my husband was having an affair with the Helen of Troy! Then I fainted. When I regained consciousness the ghost was gone. I flatly told John not to have any further interaction with that ghost. I am confiding something into you. Please keep it secret. I had decided to divorce John suspecting he was cheating on me for that Helen. But thank God, she turned out to be an ugly scarecrow. The rest is fine. Give regards to your family members.
