After how many decimal places will the decimal expansion of 23/2raise to 4 into 5³

For a denominator with prime factors of 2 and 5 only, the number of decimal places in its decimal expansion will equal the highest power of 2 or 5. 

So here 43 will teminate after 4 places of decimal.
