After I do some exercise irregularly, and then after some time, sit down, why do my legs (knee part) make a cracking sound? Im not talking about cramps. Im talking about a cracking sound from my knees. Pls answer my query precisely.

This is because you're legs are not used to exercise or movement. They are kind of stiff. When you exercise, your legs move and that stiffness goes away. It thus makes a cracking sound when you sit down. Either exercise regularly (the best way) or put some oil on your knees to make them smooth.
I am not very sure but I think this is what happens, according to my experience and a little bit of science.
