after pollination 2 celled pollen come across dry stigma but it will not germinate give reason

Because there will no pollen grains left.

germination will not occur bec of dry stigma... to start fertilisation the stigma must release a chemical substances to help pollen grains to develop pollen tube and meet the egg..
