after rain wet roads dry quickly. why?​

It is generally seen that after heavy rain the wet road dries quickly. The biggest reason is the that evaporation takes place and is able to dry up wet roads very quickly. Especially if the weather becomes sunny. It can also be due to drainage of water in the bedrock underneath the roads.
