After the II battle between Humayun and Sher khan , Humayun was defeated . was Humayun able to defeat sher khan in any war then?

Yes.

Because a man learn from his mistake. And maybe Humayun know the straegty of Sher khan.

In this battle, Sher Suri khan defeated Humayun.
