after vigorous exercise or work we feel pain in muscles. what is the relationship between pain and respiration.

when we exercise we do not breathe properly i.e. anaerobic respiration due to which there is the lactic acid is formed in our muscles which result in muscle cramp

During exercise our muscles don't get enough oxygen.thus they respire anaerobically. this produces lactic acid in muscles which gets accumulated and we experience cramp and pain
