After vigorous exercise or work we feel pain why??
Answers
During vigorous exercise, the demand of oxygen of the muscles increases and blood supply to muscles increases. There might be insufficient availability of oxygen which causes incomplete combustion of glucose into lactic acid. Accumulation of lactic acid causes cramps which is painful. Also, the insufficient blood supply of oxygen to visceral body systems like digestive system may cause some pain after long period of vigorous exercise.
