Answer:

After walking some distance on a hot summer day we prefer to go to shade because when we are walking our body temperature is increases and to control it more amount of sweat is evaporates from our body. So the water percentage of our body decreases in the form of evaporation. So we become to the dehydration stage.

Answer: After walking some distance on a hot summer day, we prefer to go into the shade because after walking son much in the sun heat our body gets too much in the sun heat our body gets too much heated and warm and also our body temperature rises high.So we go into the shade to cool down our body.A shade blocks the sunlight , so there's doesn't fall any sunlight . that why in that place is not so hot.
