agar hum english ke paper mein kisi bhi answer ko points mein dete hai to marks kyun deduct hote hai? for ex:- agar hum ek essay mein kisi bhi cheez ke advantages ko points ke through explain kare?

If you write something in ponts in eassy then there is no problem but for english we should'nt write answers in points.......
