Agatha bought 20 toys. Betty, her younger sister, wants at least 5 toys. Agatha will keep more than 9 toys with herself and the remaining she will give to her brother Bob. If Bob gets x toys and Agatha's sister gets the number of toys she wants them, which of the following is definitely true ?
