We have ,

 {5}^{ \frac{1}{15} }  \times  {5}^{ \frac{1}{20} }


According to indices law :

In multiplication when base of two number is same then it's exponent must be add.

Therefore ,

   {5}^{ \frac{1}{15} }  \times  {5}^{ \frac{1}{20} }  =  {5}^{ \frac{1}{15}  +  \frac{1}{20} }  \\  \\  =  {5}^{ \frac{7}{60} }  = 1.2065

=>5^1/15 x 5^1/20
Hence base is equal power will be added
=>(5)^1/15+1/20
=>(5)^4+3/20
=>(5)^7/60
=> 1.2065
