aim of rainwater harvesting is for the future purposes it can be stored in water tank which is made by underground and the pipe is connected from the rooftop it stores water and it can be used for irrigation or any other purposes like clothes washing clothes or irrigating the plants in garden sales to minimise the loss of water and also increases the water table.

The main purpose of the rainwater harvesting is to use the locally available  rainwater to meet water  requirements throughout the year without the need of huge capital expenditure. This would facilitate the availability of uncontaminated water for domestic, industrial, and irrigation needs
