Aim : To observe the effect of wind speed on air pressure.

Materials required: Two balloons. Stick, and thread.

Proceure: Take two balloons and tie them on a stick with thread ensuring that the balloons are at the same height. Keep about 3-4 distance between the balloons. Now, blow air between the balloons using a drinking straw and observe the movement.

Answer :- After doing this activity , you will observe that on blowing air between the balloons, they move towards each other. Because as you blow air between the balloons , the speed of air between the balloons increases . This reduces the pressure between them . But the pressure on the opposite sides of the balloons is higher . This pushes the balloons towards each other.
