It is possible to reduce the use of electricity cost by using a more efficient appliances. The given statement is true. If we can use efficient device like light emitting diode and the CFL lamps instead of normal bulb light we can save a lot of power in the electricity bill. The reason for the answer is that a normal LED bulb consume about six to ten wats of power but a normal yellow bulb consume about fourty watts of power. Hence it will hugely reduce the electricity cost.
