ajay had 7 boxes of oranges containing 875 pieces . supriya bought 4 boxes from him . How many pieces of oranges ajay has now ?

oranges in one box = 875/7
= 125
so, there were 125 oranges in one box

Then, oranges in four boxes were = 125*4
= 500 oranges
Number of total oranges = 875+500 = 1375 oranges

so, now Ajay has 1375 total oranges with him

* The total boxes are 7 and it contain 875 oranges.
*Let one box of orange is 875/7=125
*And supriya brought 4 boxes from ajay.so, 4×125=500.
*now 875 - 500 =375.
*375 pieces of oranges has ajay now.....
