✏ using the law of exponents :

a {}^{x}   \times a {}^{y}  = a {}^{x + y}

 = 10 {}^{4}  \times 10  {}^{ \frac{ - 5}{3} }  \times 10 {}^{ - 7}  \\  = 10  {}^{4 + ( \frac{ - 5}{3} ) + ( - 7)}  \\  = 10  {}^{ \frac{12 - 5 - 21}{3} }  \\  = 10  {}^{ - 14}
