Answer :

During the reign of Akbar ( Mughal Period ) it is said that ruler Akbar was sympathetic towards every religion and respected everyone's faith .

They ( Mughals ) also had many relations with the Rajputs such as personal ( with Amer ) and wartime relations ( with Mahrana Pratap ) . It is said that there were many rajput officials in Akbar's court such as Raja Man Singh ( nephew of Jodha Bai ) , Raja Todar Mal ( Chief of the land revenue department ) .

Thus keeping all these points in mind we can come to a conclusion that states : Mughals had moderate relations with Rajputs but these relations were at their peak during Akbar's reign .
