A road is4km800m long. if treesare planted on both its sides at intervals of 9.6m, how many trees were planted?​

Answer:

First we will convert the given distance into metres so it will be 4800m.

Then to find the no. of tree we will divide the distance bu the interval in which tree are planted.

So,

No. of trees = 4800/9.6

= 500

Hence the number of trees planted are 500
