She can make 12 cubes.

The remaining amount of sheet is 108 cm².

• Given data :

Length of the one side of the cube is 6 centimetres.

Length of the rectangular sheet is 60 centimetres.

Width of the rectangular sheet is 45 centimetres.

• Now,we have to calculate the area of the rectangular sheet by using the following mathematical formula :

= Length of the sheet × Width of the sheet

= 60×45

= 2700 cm²

• Now,we have to calculate the surface area of one cube by using the following mathematical formula :

= 6 × (side)²

= 6 × (6)²

= 216 cm²

• Now, to calculate the total number of cubes and the remaining amount of sheet. We have to divide the total area of the shade by the surface area of one cube.

In this division,the quotient will be the number of cube and the remainder will be the remaining sheet area.

• So,

= 2700/216

Quotient = 12

Remainder = 108

She can make 12 cubes. (Answer)
