Area = length x breadth

Area = 52.6 x 35.4

= 1862.04 m²

cost of turfing 1 m² = 3.50 R's

cost of turfing 1862.04 m² = 1862.04 m² x 3.5

= 6517.14 R's.

Perimeter = 2l+ 2b

Perimeter = 2(52.6) + 2(35.4)

Perimeter = 176 m

Twice round = 352 m

352/2 = 176 seconds

176 seconds = 2 minutes 56 seconds.
