Alcohol and glucose also contain hydrogen but do not conduct electricity. why ?​

Answer: Because when they dissolve in water they do not release hydrogen ions. ... ... and in case of alcohol and glucose no free ions are there, so only presence of H is not sufficient but presence of H⁺ i.e. free ion is sufficient to conduct electricity.
