\large\underline{\sf{Solution-}}

Given that,

↝ Alessya was driving a car with uniform speed of 60 km/hr.

↝ It means, In 1 hour, Distance covered is 60 km.

Let assume that

↝ Distance covered be y km

and

↝ Time taken be x hours.

We know that,

↝ Distance = Speed × Time

So,

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 60x -  -  - (1)

↝ On Substituting x = 0, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:y= 60 \times 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 0

↝ On Substituting x = 2, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:y= 60 \times 2

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 120

↝ On Substituting x = 1, we get

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 60 \times 1

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = 60

Hᴇɴᴄᴇ,

➢ Pair of points of the given equation are shown in the below table.

\begin{gathered}\boxed{\begin{array}{c|c} \bf y & \bf x \\ \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} & \frac{\qquad \qquad}{} \\ \sf 0 & \sf 0 \\ \\ \sf 60 & \sf 1 \\ \\ \sf 120 & \sf 2 \end{array}} \\ \end{gathered}

Now draw a graph using the points (0 , 0), (1 , 60) & (2 , 120)

Time is taken along x - axis and Distance along y - axis.

See the attachment graph.

Hence, From graph we concluded that

(i) Distance travelled by Alessya in 1.5 hours = 90 km

(ii) Time taken by her to cover 120 km = 2 hours
