indeed Ali was not an irresponsible father his daughter Miriam had married a soldier from the Punjab regiment and gone of with him . after this incident Ali had not heard  anything from his daughter . as Ali was a responsible father he visited the post office everyday waiting to hear if his daughter was happy and hence coachman  Ali was a responsible father
