Alka was making tea in a kettle auddenly she felt intense heat from the puff of steam gasing out of the spout of the kettle. She woundered wheather the temperature of the steam was higher than that of the water boilling in the kettle. Comment

The temperature of steam is higher than the water boiling at the same temperature as steam contains the latent heat of vaporisation....
