All acids are not corrosive because there are two types of acid based on reactivity. They are 1)Mineral acids (strong acids) 2)Organic acids (weak acids)
Mineral acids have a pH value less than 4 (ph scale-0 to 3) and are highly reactive (corrosive) due to which they corrode very easily. They are prepared from minerals of the Earth,eg- HCI,H2SO4.
Organic acids have a high pH value than Mineral acids (ph scale-3-7) and are very less reactive due to which they don't corrode. They are present in plants and animals like citric acid ,tartaric acid, etc.
Mineral acids are corrosive but organic acids are not corrosive.Hence, all acids are not corrosive.
