All enzymes are proteins as they are protienaceous in nature I.e. They are primarily long chains of proteins joined together.But it's function is ones body is to act like a biocatalyst but not all protein chains can act like biocatalyst as only very specific structures form enzymes (after intensive folding) but a protein may or may not be folded....Therefore all enzymes are proteins but not all proteins are enzymes.
