Topic - All girls or boys school provide better environment for studies than co-educational schools
I'm against of this topic.
• In this modern generation, where we speak about equality, feminism, girl power, women empowerment etc and protest against gender discrimination; right education should be provided from the beginning so that, in future the child won't be following ancient myths like his/her grandparents did.
• Co-ed schools are likely to offer us more in the way of student diversity. Having both the gender in classes allow students of both sexes to interact with a wider range of people and learn how to work with and talk to people of the opposite sex rather than hesitating.
• The mutual understanding and the ability to work together are very important. And as we know, in every field of this era, women are leading. Single sex schools somehow create a falsely safe place for the children.
• Many people believe that being in a co-ed school can distract their children from academics as one gets attracted to the opposite gender. It's obvious in adolescence actually. Here, in this stage, comes a change in hormones which the parents should be aware of. And if in this case they prefer single sex schools, it can have negative impacts which can affect the child psychology.
Finally, i conclude that co-educational schools are better though single sex schools have their own advantages.
