All motion is not relative. Explain why?

Velocity and position are both relative, by which it is meant that a reference object is required. Velocity relative to space has no meaning and no way to be measured or detected. Acceleration and rotation are kinds of motion that are not relative. By this it is meant that no reference object is necessary.
