all object experiences a net zero external unbalanced force it's it possible for the object to be travelling with a non zero velocity? if yes , state the condition that must be place on the on the magnitude and direction of the velocity if no, provide a reason​

Frame of reference , in easy terms it means that we are looking at a particular object from which frame of reference like if a box is kept at station that it will be at rest from the frame of reference of the person standing at the station while the same box will be in motion for the passengers sitting inside a train , passing by the station. So here you have seen that the same box is in duo position depending upon frame of reference , so the speed and hence the motion of the object partially /wholly depends upon the frame of reference .
