Yes I think this is true even in the cases of expensive shops because those who want expensive goods have their own rights too

ex- A rich person might like to go to an expensive shop and buy branded goods which is not the case in a poor man's life

Yes, it is equally true to shops with expensive products. As consumers we can visit any shop. Even though we have no money in our pockets. The shop owner is bound to show the articles. It totally depends upon him. We can understand it more clearly through an example. Kavita and Sujata went to Ansal Mall. They have no money to buy anything. They look some branded dresses and move away.
