All seeds of a plants do not grow in plants because of following reasons :
1. Some of the seeds are damaged by the animals , or by natural process, like rotten in excessive water,
2. Sime of them are moved by wind to that type of place or inhabited, where its germination is not possible

some seeds do not grow into new plant;

✯ some seeds might have lost the capability to grow because of dormancy.

✯ some seeds might not find suitable conditions such as warmth.

✯ when we grow seeds we must keep distance between each of them while sowing. if they are not away from each other it would get hard for some of them to grow.

✯ furthermore, seeds are acted upon by some micro organisms because of which they lose the capability to grow.

✯ excessive production of some enzymes lower down the chances of growth.
