because we convert Celsius scales by adding some positive values so we get all we always get a positive value

There is a temperature called 'Absolute Zero'.
It is zero kelvin or -273.15°celsius

Scientists claim that the temperature cannot be below that as all atoms stop moving at that particular temperature.

In short, the movement of all atoms are restricted at Absolute temperature.
