Their races might be different but their anatomy and physiology is the same.
All human beings have 23 pairs of chromosomes and sexual reproduction is possible between them.
Only organisms belonging to the same species could reproduce ...This is a strong evidence.
Before many million yrs homosapiens originated from Africa and people started to migrate ....Slowly they settled in other places especially different continents...Due to evolutionary changes and climatic changes the colour of the people has been changed...This is the reason for the change in colour.
