1)The radius of a circle at every point on the boundary of it, are always equal until and unless you don't move to the other circle with different parameters.

2) Radius is the distance between the center of the circle to the circumference of the circle. As the circle is a symmetric figure so the distance of the center from the boundary is always constant.

So, All the radii of a circle must be equal in length
