Yes i do agree with this.

The rainfall occured in an area just gives it a lot of unhygeine and mud as the water sweeps in the corners of the road and gets collected in large pits. Basically rainwater harvesting is the most useful and efficient way to utilise the rainwater which usually gets wasted.

Explanation:

yes ! the rain that fall is not fully utilised over an area because :-

1. the cemented roads/constructed roads don't allow the rainwater to seep inside and the ground water table over time decreases .

2. the rain water harvesting system is not available in many of the places so that rainwater can be utilised .

3. moreover rainwater due the pollution the air has become worst combined with chemicals these chemicals dissolves with rainwater and make it acidic
