First of all you must know about Restricted Boltzmann Machine in brief. It is an auto encoder having a random probability distribution that means it can be analysed statistically only but no precise prediction can be made. RBM is neural network comprising of two layers namely the visible layer and the hidden layer. The point to be noted is both the hidden and the visible layers are entirely connected to each other but there is no inner connection among each other.

Therefore, the statement is false.

This statement is false as there is no connection between the two layers namely visible layer and hidden layer.

The Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs) works under a principle network called "generative stochastic artificial neural network", which are used to analyze statistically.

But there is a draw back with this machine cannot give the precise prediction.

Paul Smolensky was the one who invented the Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs) in 1986 under name Harmonium.

In fields like deep learning networks, RBMs can also be involved.
