All animals and plants are made of cells.Animal cells and plant cells have features in common, such as a nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, mitochondria and ribosomes. Plant cells also have a cell wall, and often have chloroplasts and a permanent vacuole.

I hope it helps

Hii,So let's start with Animal cells.
Animals cells are generally small in size with less distinct outlines . It is enclosed by a thin , flexible, living plasma memebrane only . Cell wall is absent . Plastids are absent . These cells are usually spherical . Centrosome is present . Single golgi apparatus generally near the nuclear envelope . Vacuoles are many but small in sized . Nucleus is generally near the centre of the cell . Cytoplasm is denser and more granular . Other organelles that are present include Mitochondria, Endoplasmic Reticulum , Ribosomes , Lysosomes , Vacuoles .
Now let's talk about plant cells .
Plant cells are generally larger and with distinct outlines . It is enclosed by a thick ,rigid , dead cell wall in addition to plasma membrane .Plastids are present . Many golgi apparatus complex are scattered in the cytoplasm called dictyosomes . Vacuoles are fewer but larged sized . Nucleus is often pushed to one side in periphera cytoplasm by the central vacuole containing cell sap . Centrosome is absent . Plant cell usually have a Regular shape . Cytoplasm is not so dense . plant vacuoles store organic compounds . Same organelles of animal cells except centrosome . It contains some more organelles like glyoxysomes , etc .
