Allen is carrying out reactions in a lab. One of the products in all reactions is found to be either a precipitate, a gas, or water. What is common between all these reactions?

Gas is common in all the reaction because there is no use of h2o in each reaction

The common thing is that there is something being displaced in each reaction either in solid state or liquid or gas.

Hope this helps
