hi mate here is your answer

we know that triangle is always form when the sum of a two sides is greater than third side and the difference of the two side is less than the third side

so, 8 +4=12 WHICH IS less than 15

15 - 4 =11 which is greater than 8.

so, a triangle can not formed...

hope u understand....

Answer:no

Step-by-step explanation:

Because the sum of lengths of two sides of a triangle is greater then the third side

Here 4+8<15 ; thus a triangle can't be formed
