Science Exibition of ABC School
-By ABC ( STUDENT EDITOR, class VIII)
"Memories come back but past events don't". An event took place at our school which was very fascinating for all of its students, teachers and every member of the school. Our ABC School (your school name) had organised a Science Exibition for the first time few months back! This was the first time I participated in a science exibition and saw what it was like. A memory of this event will always be in the heart of all students of our school.
Two days before the event, the students started to decorate the school. The teachers helped us. That's the first time we came to know teachers are like our friends. From helping us to make paper flowers for decorating the school to making the science models for exibiton they stood beside us. These days were magical days for us, from one room to another the artistic students got calls from teachers, and it wasn't troublesome at all. It made us proud that we know something for which everyone is seeking our help now! Working with the scissors and colourful papers and ribbons seemed like an exciting game for us. We enjoyed working for decorating our school.
Finally the day arrived. Everyone was so busy with their models. We stood in our desks with poster, ready to explain the mechanism of our models and devices that we've made. Then came the guests and we were shivering at first- with excitement as well as with fear. Gradually we gained confidence and with a smile on face explained everyone how our models and devices works, what's the mechanism behind them. When someone saw their parents coming to see our projects, models and devices, we all became excited! Most of the parents made sure to secretly scold and made their child eat something in the middle of the exibition, else we would have fallen sick (some children like me were forced to eat twice, once after getting scolded by their parents and second time after being insisted by their best friend's parents). At last at about 4pm teachers told us to pack our models carefully. It was time to bid goodbye to all guests.
How can we forget this day? It was a day filled with knowledge, experience, laughter and memories. Looking forward for many more such days in life.
