Alright, here's the question.
In a charity,show tickets are numbered consecutively from 101 through 350 are placed in a box. What is the probability that a ticket selected at random will have a number with a hundredth digit of 2?
Logical question,people.

Zero, for there aren't any tickets in decimal (hopefully)

So, none of them even have any hundredth(2 places to the right of decimal point) place in expansion.
