Although Calpurnia revealed her fear, Caesar yet decided to go to Senate house because of his wisdom his consumed in overconfidence. His arrogance, vanity and overconfidence was the reason. Besides these, Decius Brutus's interpretation of a Calpurnia's dream is also a major cause.

Though Calpurnia revealed her fear after nightmare yet Caesar decided
to go to senate house because Brutus viewpoint was more convincing for him. He also did not want to leave the chance to become emperor of Rome.
