Aluminium can be beaten into sheets but carbon cannot. Why?​

Answer: aluminium is malleable whereas carbon is not malleable enough to be beaten into sheets.

Aluminium is a metal whereas as carbon is a metal. metals are malleable where as non metals and not malleable
