Aluminium or copper wire required for electric circuit are coated with a rubber like material, why?​

Answer:

as copper allow free flow of energy through it and if anyone touches the wire he/ she can get high current. to avoid this mishap, rubber like material are coated as they are bad conductors of electricity and do not allow electric current to pass through it...

aluminium or copper wire are good conductors of electricity . they are coated with rubber like material because when in circuit , there is a current flowing through wire and if you touch the exposed portion , it does not give you shock .
